Why this blog

For twenty years I’ve been rebuilding processes — by hand at first, then with automation, and for the last few years working daily with generative AI and agentic systems. Along the way I’ve accumulated observations that don’t fit into a résumé and aren’t always right for a client conversation, but that seem worth writing down.

There will be three regular categories here. “AI implementation” covers specific projects: what came in, which tools were used, what came out, and at what cost. “Management and transformation” holds a leader’s notes on how teams change, where resistance to change comes from, and how to work with it. “Perspectives” is a sober look at where AI in business is heading, without rehashing other people’s announcements, adjusted for what actually works in real companies.

Separately, inside the blog only, there’s a category about what it’s like to run a business under current Russian realities — that topic doesn’t appear on the site’s homepage, but it matters enough to me to write about.

I won’t publish theoretical musings just to pad this out. The rule is simple: if a post doesn’t help a reader make a decision or save time, it doesn’t belong here.
