For twenty years I've been doing the same thing at different scales: taking a process that runs slowly, expensively, or chaotically, and rebuilding it so the result can be measured. The tools have changed — CRM, automation, robotics, and now generative AI and agentic systems. The foundation hasn't: process and people first, technology second.
I founded and spent 18 years running Alego.Digital: 320+ digitalization projects, teams of up to 30 specialists, annual revenue up to $10M, projects for companies at the level of STADA and BP. A separate layer of expertise is internet marketing: I built automated marketing management systems and ran client portfolios with advertising budgets of up to $5M a month — today that experience converts directly into AI marketing: analytics, segmentation, content, and campaign management on agentic tools. I brought industrial robotics to the Chinese market on projects involving Haier and Hisense, and structured technology deals for an investment fund. Since 2023 I've been building AI solutions hands-on, every day: LLM-based assistants, RAG systems on corporate documents, agentic workflows, AI-assisted application development — from scenario selection through team rollout and responsible-use rules.
My strength is a combination rarely found in one person: adaptability to new markets, cultures, and technologies; a current technology stack I use myself, not one I've only seen in slide decks; and a foundational university education that taught me to work with complex systems — technical and human.
